Dr. Megan R. Borak
Dr. Megan R. Borak grew up in Huntington, WV, where she attended undergraduate studies at Marshall University, and attended dental school at West Virginia University School of Dentistry in Morgantown, WV. She has recently relocated back east after living in Austin, TX, for almost 5 years with her husband, Dr. Jordan Jarrett.
She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and Northern Virginia Dental Society and takes continuing education throughout the year to keep current in the ever advancing profession of dentistry. She believes that it is important to comprehensively and conservatively treat patients with care while having their values in mind and having fun! Dr. Borak loves to work with apprehensive patients and change their mindset to a positive experience; laughter is a key part to your dental exam and “being afraid of the dentist” is a thing of the past!
Dr. Borak loves to give back to the community through service opportunities, and has participated in global missions trips across the world. When not in the office, Dr. Borak enjoys traveling, hiking, being outdoors, cooking, and enjoying all that D.C. has to offer, catching up with friends and family, and cheering for her favorite sports teams (Go Mountaineers!), and being a loving cat mom to her cat Roscoe.
